MSC Sports announces rights for 2023 World Baseball Classic

MSC Sports announced today they had acquired the rights in English and Spanish to the 2023 World Baseball Classic. All games will air on MSC Sports Extra and Muy Bien Mas while select games will air on MSC, MSC+ or MSC+2 (in English) and LotyTV (in Spanish). As part of the rights deal all games featuring the US National Baseball team will air on one of MSC’s linear networks.  Schedule and commentator announcements will be revealed as the tournament gets nearer. 

MSC Sports announces NBA Preseason schedule

MSC Sports announced today their schedule for NBA Preseason action on MSC Sports. MSC Sports's coverage will feature 4 international games, two from Japan and two from Abu Dhabi as well as one domestic game.  The schedule is as follows: Friday, September 30th: Golden State vs Washington, 6AM, MSC+2 (Japan) Sunday, October 2nd: Golden State vs Washington, 1AM, MSC+ (Japan) Thursday, October 6th: Atlanta vs Milwaukee, 12PM, MSC+2 (Abu Dhabi) Heat at Nets, 7:30PM, MSC+ (Domestic) Saturday, October 8th: Atlanta vs Milwaukee, 12PM, TBD (Abu Dhabi) ( The television network for the Atlanta vs Milwaukee game, along with information about commentators and studio teams, will be announced on Monday, September 26th)

MSC Sports announces international soccer matches on MSC

MSC Sports, in collaboration with FIFA, announced today two away US Men’s National Soccer Team matches airing on MSC Sports.  The matches include:  Friday, September 23rd: Japan vs USMT, 8AM, MSC+ Tuesday, September 27th: Saudi Arabia vs USMT, 2PM, MSC+ or MSC Further details about match coverage will be announced at a later date. 

MSC Sports announces coverage plans for 2022 US Open Tennis tournament

MSC Sports announced today their coverage plans for the 2022 US Open Tennis tournament. MSC Sports Extra will air every match from every round of the tournament while ESPN and MSC will share linear coverage of the tournament. Bill Macatee and Mary Carillo will form MSC Sports's primary commentary team for the tournament. Ted Robinson, Brett Haber and Luke Warner will also provide hit by hit commentary, while Jim Courier, Jimmy Arias and Sara Wright will also provide color commentary. Mike Tirico, James Blake and Mike David will host studio programming.  For the second straight year MSC Sports has partnered with ESPN in the United States, as well as MSC affiliates MSC Outdoor (Canada) and MSC Australia, to provide the maximum viewing experience. The networks will share cameras and talent to provide a better viewing experience. Fans watching coverage on MSC Sports Extra will be able to choose whether they want to watch coverage from MSC Sports, ESPN, MSC Outdoor or MSC Australia...

MSC Sports announces landmark rights agreement with the Big Ten Conference/New agreement with the NCAA

MSC Sports, along with CBS Sports, Fox Sports and the Big Ten Conference, announced today a landmark seven year television contract for Big Ten sports. As part of the rights agreement, MSC will become home to a new Big Ten Saturday Night Football package, which will include the rights to the 2026 Big Ten Conference Championship Football Game. MSC Sports will also air eight additional football games, mostly on MSC Sports Extra. In Basketball, MSC Sports will air 32 (in the first year only) and then 47 men's basketball games across MSC+, MSC+2 and MSC Sports Extra. MSC Sports will also air one "premier" Big Ten men's basketball game each weekend of basketball play.  MSC Sports will also acquire the rights to the Women's Basketball Championship game yearly, to be aired on MSC, along with 30 other regular season games, mostly on MSC Sports Extra. MSC Sports announces 2022-23 NBA schedule on MSC, MSC+, MSC+2 and MSC Sports Extra

MSC Sports announced today their NBA schedule for the 2022-23 season on MSC and MSC+, as well as the first month of games on MSC+2 and MSC Sports Extra. As with the 2021-22 NBA season, MSC will feature two weekly games on MSC or MSC+, as well as at least one, every other week two, weekly games on MSC+2. MSC Sports Extra will also have games on weeks where MSC+2 does not have two games. MSC+2 and MSC Sports Extra games will have blackout restrictions in local markets, with the exception of one exclusive MSC Sports Extra game to be announced at a later date. MSC Sports announces preliminary Men's Soccer and Women's Soccer and Volleyball schedules

MSC Sports announced today their preliminary schedule for Men's Collegiate soccer and Women's collegiate Soccer and Volleyball for the 2022 fall season.  Lauren Smith and Will Ritter will form the primary team for college soccer matches, while Sara Mcnight and Louis Rick will form the primary team for volleyball. MSC Sports announces commentators for 2022 NFL season.

MSC Sports announced today their roster of announcer talent and commentator assignments for the 2022 NFL season. Mike Tirico and Phill Simms, along with new sideline reporter Kathryn Tapyn, return as MSC's number 1 commentary team. MSC Sports is ready for Week 0 and Week 1 of the NCAA Division 1 College Football Season.

MSC Sports is proud to announce today MSC's announcers for Week 0 and Week 1 of the NCAA Division 1 College Football season for games airing on MSC, MSC+, MSC+2, TUSN and select games on MSC Sports Extra. The networks will air 36 games across Week 0 and Week 1.  Rich Waltz and Aaron Murray, alongside sideline reporter Jenny Tapt, will continue to be MSC Sports's number 1 announcer team and will call all marquee Game of the Week games as well as the ACC Championship. Brandon Gaudin and Chuck Long and Carter Blackburn and Aaron Taylor will be MSC's #2 and #3 commentary team respectfully also calling marquee games on MSC.
