MSC Sports Canada and MSC Sports International announces expanded hockey rights

 MSC Sports Canada announced expanded rights to the NHL in Canada. MSC Sports has been the international partner of the NHL providing NHL coverage to millions in Mexico, the United Kingdom and Australia, MSC Sports is proud to bring their award winning hockey coverage to Canada. 

The rights include: (In Canada)

Rights to games Thursday Nights throughout the season. (In Canada)

Rights to half of Stanley Cup Playoffs until conference finals

All non nationally televised Winnipeg Jets games (Thursday night and early round stanley cup playoff games air on Loty Winnipeg)

All NHL games not nationally televised or including Canadian teams on MSC Sports Extra.

The rights include: (Every country but the US and Canada) 

Rights to all nationally televised NHL games on MSC Sports United States and affiliates (does not have to air all games, only where available) 

Rights to all Stanley Cup Playoff games on MSC Sports United States and affiliates(does not have to air all games, only where available) 

Rights to all NHL games not chosen for air by MSC Sports United States on MSC Sports Extra (where available, not in the United States)*

*MSC Sports Extra is currently only available in the Americas however when the service expands NHL games will be available in all serviced areas in English and for select games French and Spanish. 


The NHL has not announced the rights to the NHL in the United States.

MSC Sports announces 2025 Cincinnati Open coverage plans
