MSC Sports announces coverage plans for MLB Draft, MLB Future Stars and MLB Celebrity Softball game

MSC Sports announced today its coverage of the 2023 MLB Draft, 2023 MLB Future Stars Game and 2023 MLB Celebrity Softball game. 

Coverage of the 2023 Future Stars game kicks off MSC Sports's 2023 All-Star coverage. At 5PM ET on Saturday, July 8th, MSC+ will air a special edition of The Ultimate MLB Show live from T-Mobile Park in Seattle, Washington. Sara Lauding, Pedro Martinez and Dontrelle Willis will be featured on the show. Willis will have an exclusive interview with number 1 overall prospect Jackson Holiday. Jason Benetti and Sam Scotty will call the game. 

After the game (around 10PM ET), MSC+ will air the All-Star Celebrity softball game. Former major leagues, such has Felix Hernandez and Ryan Howard, NBA stars Donovon Mitchell and Zach Lavine, as well as other assorted celebrties like actor Joel McHale, will air the game. Steve Lowhart will lead the telecast, but every player in the softball game will be miced up, and will be featured in the game. 

For the second cosecutive year, MSC Sports will exclusively air all 20 rounds of the 2023 MLB Draft. The Washington Nationals have the first overall pick. There is lots of talent on the board, including a pair of LSU stars, Paul Skenes and Dylan Crews. MSC will air Day 1 coverage of Round 1 and Round 2. MSC+2 will air later round coverage on Monday and Tuesday, which begins at 3PM ET. Sara Lauding, Pedro Martinez, David Ortiz, Frank Thomas, Sara Smith and Devin White will be featured on MSC's Day 1 coverage. Steve Lowhart will host Day 2 and Day 3 coverage, with Sara Smith and Devin White.
