MSC Sports and MSC Outdoor announce Monday Night Hockey

The National Hockey League, in partnership with MSC Sports in the United States and MSC Outdoor Sports in Canada, announced today a new two-year agreement for Monday Night Hockey in the United States in Canada. Uniquely, MSC Sports and its sister company MSC Outdoor Sports will partner to present the same broadcast in both the United States and Canada.

As part of the agreement, Monday Night Hockey will feature between 2 and 4 games each Monday of the regular season. At least one game per Monday will be on linear television in the United States, two games per Monday will be on linear television in Canada. All selected games not on linear television will air on MSC Sports Extra. Games will be exclusive to MSC Sports in Canada, in the United States one game per month, plus all games involing Canadien teams, will be exclusive to MSC Sports.

Justin Foxworthy and David Zenning, with Scott Perry inside the glass, return as the lead commentary crew. Other featured play-by-play commentators include Tom Caron, William Axenrodhen, Dennis Beyak, Dave Turnip and Lauren Sharon. Featured color commentators include Steve Ryerzon, Ryan Cushmaker, Kevin Sawyer, Ellis Stevenson and Stevie Jacobson. Sara Wilson will be a featured inside-the-glass reporter.

30 minutes prior to the first game of the night, The Ultimate NHL Show will air. Select editions will air from Toronto, featuring Lauren Sharon or Dennis Beyak, William Mycholson or Kevin Sawyer and Stevie Jacobson or Mike Tyke. Other editions will air live from Long Island, featuring Dave Turnip or William Axenroden, Mike Wilson or Ryan Cushmaker and Ellis Stevenson or Lucus Micker. The same studio team will also present intermission reports for all games and a live game break show in between linear games.
