MSC Sports to present coverage of Braves/Mets doubleheader and exclusive coverage of 2024 MLB Wild Card Series

MSC Sports revealed today its schedule and coverage plans for the 2024 MLB Wild Card Series. MSC Sports also announced it would broadcast the imporant doubleheader between the Mets and the Braves on Monday, September 30th. 

Joe Davis, David Ortiz and Sara Smith return as MSC Sports's lead broadcast team throughout the 2024 Major League Baseball playoffs. During this week, Benetti with join Ortiz and Smith to call the Mets at Braves doubleheader. The full team will call Games 1 and 2 of the Braves/Mets at Padres series and the primetime game (if needed) on Thursday, October 3rd.

Ryan Roucco, Frank Thomas and Rodrigo Williams, will be the #2 broadcast team throughout the playoffs, including calling games during the 2023 American League Division Series. They will call Games 1 and 2 of the Tigers at Astros series. 

Jason Benetti, Sam Scotty, and Steve Lowhart will call Games 1 and 2 of Royals at Orioles. David Shappel, Ryan Rindwhistle, and Will Schnood will call Games 1 and 2 of DBacks/Mets at Brewers.

All throughout the week, Sara Lauding, Pedro Martinez, and Dontrelle Willis, with special insight coming from MLB Insider Devin White, will be featured on The Ultimate MLB Show presented by Dr. Pepper. Coverage begins at 12PM on MSC+ on Monday and Tuesday, and 1PM on MSC on Wednesday.
