MSC Sports announces marquee 2025 ACC Week 1 Schedule

MSC Sports, ESPN and the Atlantic Coast Conference announced today the Week 0 and Week 1 schedule for the 2025 ACC College Football season. The full schedule will be announced on Wednesday, January 29th on a special edition of ACC Now at 9PM ET. The show will be simulcast on ACC Network, which will also air an exclusive hour of programming from 10-11PM ET. Kick off times will be announced in the spring. 

As part of the announcement, MSC Sports revealed two marquee games which will air on Sunday, August 31st and Monday, September 1st. Both of these games will air over-the-air on MSC and be avaliable to stream on MSC Sports Extra. 

On Sunday, August 31st, MSC will air Notre Dame/Miami at 7:30PM ET. Notre Dame will be coming off a trip to the National Championship game, while Miami comes off a 10-3 season, 4-1 in non conference and an AP top 25 finish. 

On Monday, September 1st, MSC and MSC+ will air TCU/North Carolina at 7:30PM ET. The game will be  the first for 7 time Super Bowl champion coach Bill Belicheck as the head coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels. MSC+ will present a special alternate presentation which will be announced at a later date.*

On Saturday, August 30th, MSC Sports will also air a pair of premier ACC non-conference games. Florida State will host Alabama while Clemson hosts LSU. Kickoff times and official networks for these games, and more, will be announced in the spring.
